Ridley Scott to re-imagine Blade Runner for the web

Ridley Scott is planning to make a Blade Runner-inspired web series called Purefold, which will consist of short films set a couple of years in the future.

The director, who is working on the project with his brother Tony and son Luke, will chart the period leading up to the era depicted in Blade Runner.
